Winter Session 2025

Interested in earning class credit during your winter break? Looking for a way to explore a topic more in-depth? Need an extra class to graduate on time or to qualify for readmission to the university? Look no further than Winter Session!

What Is Winter Session?

Winter Session is a compacted session between the Fall and Spring semesters, offering degree credit courses and some short courses. Enrollment is open to full-time or part-time CSUB students, as well as eligible adult members of the community.

How to Register

Current CSUB students

Current CSUB students will register for Winter Session through myCSUB. Go to “Class Search”, and in the drop-down box in “Term”, pick “Winter Session 2025."  Students can then begin to look for a course/subject.

For Non-CSUB students

Non-CSUB students need to complete an Extended Education registration form and submit to the Extended Education office at wintersession@csub.edu for processing.
