
CSUB Extended Education, CSUB Antelope Valley, and the CSUB Department of Social Work are excited to announce the launch of a new part-time Master of Social Work (MSW) program to be based at the Antelope Valley campus in Lancaster, Calif. The program is a three-year cohort-based program that will utilize a mix of online classes and in-person meetings on Saturdays only.
The CSUB-AV MSW will utilize advanced-generalist curriculum model, preparing students to work with individuals, families, and groups - large and small - across a wide swath of professional fields, including mental health, physical health, child and family services, gerontology, corrections, youth services, and more.
Applications for the Fall 2018 semester cohort are now being accepted now through June 14, 2018. Applications will only be accepted for the fall semester each year.
Two Information Sessions will be held at the Antelope Valley campus in the coming weeks. Attendance at one of the meetings is required for anyone who is interested in applying to the program. The meetings are schedule for the following dates and times:
