Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certificate

Mapping out your future begins right here.

Every day, private industry, government agencies, and non-profit organizations across the Central Valley are utilizing GIS resources. However, the lack of trained staff and new recruits has led to staffing shortages and hard-to-fill positions.

Recognizing the growing need for more qualified workers in this field, we offer a comprehensive training program for those looking to pursue a career as a GIS professional or enhance existing skills.

GIS certification can also lead to more frequent job opportunities within the information technology and geospatial disciplines – where this specific education is required.
