Change the way you do business – and your career
The Change Management and Organizational Development (CMOD) program is a three-course certification study to develop your skills as a change practitioner and leader for any type of change within any industry or role. The program's finale is a capstone presentation of a real-world scenario, of your choosing, in front of an audience of faculty, fellow classmates, and various industry leaders (some of which are invited by you and your classmates).
Change Management learning follows the Standard for Change Management© as defined by the Association of Change Management Practitioners (ACMP). This course of study advances the profession by establishing a common understanding of the discipline of change management to help leaders and practitioners achieve and sustain change objectives. The clear and consistent definitions of change management terminology help professionals establish themselves as global leaders of change.
Course study includes:
- A definition of practices, processes, tasks and activities for Change Management without tools or templates
- Guidance for organizational change management, for any type of change
- Generally accepted practices and processes used by practitioners across industries, organizations and roles
Combined with Organizational Development studies, this program will hone your skills in negotiation, team building, conflict resolution, and equip you with skills that translate immediately in the workplace. You will learn to empower your people, lead change and design creative and strategic solutions.
